Rates​​

• $180 per 60-minute initial intake

• $160 per 60-minute individual session

​

• $200 per 60-minute couples initial intake session 

• $180 per 60-minute couples session

​

• $200 per 60-minute EMDR initial intake session

• $180 per 60-minute EMDR session

​

• $225 per 60-minute initial intake and individual CSAT session (virtual only)

 

Insurance

 

We are an independent private practice. While we are not in-network with insurance companies, we provide detailed superbills that clients may submit to their insurance plans for possible out-of-network reimbursement.

We recommend asking these questions to your insurance provider to help determine your benefits:

​

• Does my health insurance plan include mental health benefits?

• Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it and have I met it yet?

• Does my plan limit how many sessions per calendar year I can have? If so, what is the limit?

• Do I need written approval from my primary care physician in order for services to be covered?

Payment

​

The Moore Resilient Group accepts all major credit cards, checks, and cash as forms of payment.

​

Cancellation Policy

 

We understand life happens. If you need to cancel, please do so at least 24 hours in advance.

Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged a $180 fee.
