Our Philosophy
Drawing on decades of clinical experience helping individuals navigate mental health, emotional wellness, substance use, and behavioral health challenges, Kathy founded this practice on the principles of authenticity and practicality.
Her philosophy is simple: meet clients where they are, honor their unique experiences, and help them move forward with purpose, resilience, and hope.
One of the quotes that continues to inspire her work comes from the poet Rumi:
