As practice manager, Sarah ensures The Moore Resilient Group runs smoothly, providing seamless and invaluable support to the therapy team and our valued patients. 

 

Sarah is a graduate student at Alvernia University pursuing her master’s degree in clinical counseling, with graduation expected in May 2027. She takes an integrative, humanistic approach grounded in a strong, collaborative therapeutic relationship. Sarah believes in each person’s capacity for growth and focuses on understanding how life experiences shape who we are today.

Drawing from ACT, CBT, DBT, IFS, and attachment-based approaches, she tailors therapy to each client’s needs, helping them recognize patterns, build self-awareness, and develop practical skills to create a life that feels more authentic and aligned with their values.
